Chris Anderson-Franzreb (1994-1998) concluded her career at Wagner as arguably one of the top all-around female student-athletes in school history. Anderson-Franzreb was a four-year letterwinner (1988-92) in both basketball and softball.

As a member of the Seahawk basketball team, she helped the Green & White to the 1989 Northeast Conference (NEC) Regular Season and Conference Championship while garnering NEC All-Newcomer honors. Anderson-Franzreb earned First-Team All-NEC accolades as a sophomore by averaging 15.4 ppg and 3.3 rpg while knocking down an impressive 42.8 percent of her three-point attempts.

She would repeat on the First Team as a senior, averaging a career-high 16.1 ppg with 3.4 rpg while hitting on 36.9 percent from long range. Anderson-Franzreb graduated fourth in program history with 1,429 points and currently ranks sixth and also concluded her career fourth with 367 assists (7th currently). An exceptional long-range shooter she also knocked home 224 three pointers, which ranked her first in school history at the time of her graduation but is now third, while helping Wagner win 66 games over her four years.

As a member of the softball team, Anderson-Franzreb was just as exceptional in leading the Green & White to their first-ever 20-win season and a runner-up finish in the 1990 NEC Softball Tournament. A lifetime.364 hitter with 152 hits, 89 runs and 82 RBI, she hit a whopping .451 in 1991, ranking fourth in the NCAA. She still ranks among the top-10 in six career categories and helped Wagner to 71 wins while helping establish the Seahawk softball program that is still flourishing to this day.
