Staten Island, NY – Pat Beemer, who served as the women's water polo coach for the past six years, has accepted an assistant coaching position with Indiana University. Beemer, a two-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Coach of the Year, brought Wagner to uncharted territory and leaves Grymes Hill having established the Seahawks as one of the top up-and-coming programs in the nation.

Staten Island, NY – Ashley Johnson, a four-year letterwinner at Mount St. Mary's University, has been named assistant women's lacrosse coach it was announced by head coach Cristina Curiale.

Staten Island, NY – Wagner coach Gela Mikalauskas announced that Chanez Robinson has transferred to Wagner from Northeastern University. Robinson, who will sit out the upcoming year due to NCAA transfer rules, played two seasons with the Huskies and will have two years of eligibility remaining beginning in the 2011-2012 campaign.

Easton, PA – The Wagner soccer team suffered a tough 2-1 loss against Lafayette College, that took two overtimes to decide the victor. The loss moves Wagner's record to 1-2-0 in overall play, while Lafayette earns their first win of the season with a 1-0-0 record.

Staten Island, NY - Wagner College men's basketball coach Dan Hurley has announced the program's 2010-2011 schedule. The Seahawks begin the season with a home game vs. Lafayette on Friday, Nov. 12 before embarking on a seven-game road trip beginning with a contest at Lehigh on Monday, Nov. 15. Wagner will then play at Stony Brook (Sat., Nov. 20), Hofstra (Fri., Nov. 26), Bucknell (Mon., Nov. 29), St. John's (Wed., Dec. 1), Sacred Heart (Sat., Dec. 4), Columbia (Tue., Dec. 7).
