A multi-sport standout, Ralph DiLullo (1956-1959) was a four-year starter for the Seahawk baseball team while also playing on the football team during his time upon Grymes Hill. Over the course of his career as a centerfielder, DiLullo never committed an error in posting an amazing 1.000 fielding percentage. During the 1959 season, he led the team in at-bats, runs scored, doubles, triples and stolen bases.DiLullo's 18 stolen bases during the 1959 season ranked him third in the country.

He also earned All MET Conference honors in 1957 and 1959 and was a four-year letterwinner for the football team as well. During the 1956 season he was the team's leading rusher and became co-captain as a senior.
