Staten Island, NY – On Wednesday, December 09, 2015, junior Anu Nihipali (Honolulu, HI/Hawaii Preparatory Academy) of the Wagner Women's Swimming & Diving team spoke with Northeast Conference (NEC) Media Relations Intern Amber Bepko on the latest installment of the NEC Women's Swimming & Diving Google Hangout, presented by GEICO.
 
Nihipali, the reigning Corvias ECAC Division I Swimmer of the Week and NEC Swimmer of the Week spent roughly 15 minutes discussing her swimming background, the 2015-16 Seahawk squad, the keys to her success so far this season, and most recently her appearance at the 2015 AT&T Winter Nationals where she became the first-ever Seahawk to qualify for the US Olympic Trials.
 
US Olympic Trials will take place June 26-July 3, 2016 at the CenturyLink Center Omaha in Omaha, NE. The 2016 Olympic Trials will select the 2016 U.S. Olympic Swim Team, which will represent team USA in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
