Staten Island, NY – On Saturday, April 13, the Wagner men's lacrosse team will play host to the Mount St. Mary's University Mountaineers in Northeast Conference (NEC) play, with faceoff at Hameline Field set for 12:00 p.m.
The Seahawks enter Saturday play with a 2-9 overall mark and are 0-3 in conference after dropping decisions to Hobart, Bryant and Robert Morris. The Mount, winners of four straight and seven of its last eight, are 7-5 on the season, 3-0 in the NEC, and received votes in the latest Inside Lacrosse Division I Media Poll.

Dominic Branda and are tied for the team-lead with 21 points on 16 goals and five assists each. In goal, senior
Matt Sefcik owns a .548 save percentage and 11.29 goals against average in 11 starts.

Stephen Dwyer (11g, 6a-19 pts), senior attackman
John Norton (10g, 7a-17 pts), and junior attackman
Nic Ancona (9g, 3a-12 pts).

Nick Warren (108-241-.448) leads the team with 49 ground balls while sophomore defenseman
Kyle Stofko paces the squad in caused turnovers with 25.
MSM owns a 16-2 lead in the all-time series against Wagner, including a 7-2 mark on Staten Island. Last season, the Mountaineers earned a 16-3 home victory in the regular season finale. Wagner's most recent win in the series came by a 9-6 count in 2017.
