Notched four singles victories during the season... Recorded ten wins during doubles play, nine of which coming with teammate Anatoliy Lashkul en route to All-NEC Second Team doubles honors.

2017-18 Junior Season

Finished the year with 11 singles wins, one of seven Seahawks to post double-figure win totals… Went 3-3 out of the Flight No. 1 position… Racked up 17 doubles victories, tied for the third-highest (with Anatoliy Lashkul) on the squad… Recorded nine doubles wins out of the No. 1 position… He, along with Lashkul, earned All-NEC First Team (Doubles) honors after posting a 13-11 overall mark with eight of the wins coming out of the Flight No. 1 spot. 

2016-17 Sophomore Season

Finished his second season with a singles record of 12-14, one of five Seahawks to post double-digit win totals (Boyd, Lashkul, Ohrner and Poland)… Led the Green & White with eight wins out of the No. 1 position… In doubles action, went a combined 17-9 while paired with Anatoliy Lashkul… The 17 doubles victories were No. 2 on the team this season… Went 13-4 out of the No. 1 spot… Garnered All-NEC Second Team honors at the conclusion of the season. 

2015-16 Freshman Season

One of five Seahawks to post double-digit wins as he finished the year with an 11-13 overall record...Went 10-12 in dual matches....Notched a 3-4 mark in Northeast Conference (NEC) matches while playing out of the No. 1 position... In doubles action, combined to post a 10-9 overall record, 10-8 in dual matches while sporting a 5-2 mark out of No. 2... Went 9-8 with teammate Eric Poland, playing out onf No. 1... Kicked off his collegiate career with five straight singles victories and concluded the season winning three of his last four matches, including a 4-6, 6-4, 7-5 decision over Brian Power of Sacred Heart in the 2016 NEC quarterfinals... Named to the 2015-16 All-NEC Rookie Team.

Before Wagner: Played his prep tennis Kearsney College under the direction of Anthony Willows... Ranked 28th in the U-18 boys division and 48th in the South African men's rankings... Won back-to-back Tennis South Africa doubles tournaments in 2013 while clinching the TSA Western Province Slazenger Classic Open singles championship in December of 2014... Graduated Kearsney Cum Laude, ranked in the top seven in his graduating class and Top 1% of students throughout South Africa in two subjects... Son of Rob and Robyn Sandy... Born on May 30, 1996 in Westville, KwaZulu-Natal, approximately 12 miles inland from the Durban City centre...
