Competed in seven races ... Had a season-best finish of 19th at the 6K Monmouth Quad, checking in at 20:34 ...  Posted his best 8K time at the Fairfield Invitational (26:40), placing 29th ... Finished 28th in 28:31 at the 8K Northeast Conference (NEC) Championship ... Placed 150th at the 10K Northeast Regional with a time of 34:52.

2008 Sophomore Season
Competed in all nine races … Had the best team finish at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships 10K with a time of 34:59.1, finishing 122nd … Took 43rd in 26:00 at the 8K  Albany Invitational.

2007 Freshman Season
The Seahawks fifth scorer at the NEC meet, finishing the 10K course in 53rd place with a time of 28:33 ... Accrued his best 8K time at the Albany Invitational with a time of 27:10.

Scholastic / Personal:
Attended Miller Place High School, participating on the cross country and track & field teams under the direction of Sean O’Brien … Earned three varsity letters in outdoor track & field, two in indoor track & field and two in cross country … Named to the All County and All League cross country teams … Has three siblings; Crystal (28), Matthew (25) and a twin brother Derek (20) … Derek is also a member of the cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field teams at Wagner … Born on October 31, 1989 … Standout in the classroom, notching All Country Academic cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field honors … Was a Miller Place High School Top-10 Athlete … Earned High Honor Roll accolades … Majoring in Biopsychology at Wagner.
