Brooklyn, NY - Senior
Jonathon Williams (Richmond, CA / Kennedy / City College of San Francisco) was named to the 2013 Northeast Conference (NEC) All-Tournament team after notching at least 20 points in both of Wagner's playoff games en route to averaging a team-best 21.5 points per game on 53.1 percent (17-of-32) shooting.
Williams, an All-NEC Second Team selection during the regular season, started off the NEC Tournament with a team-best 20 points while grabbing six rebounds in the Seahawks' 72-50 win over Central Connecticut. The Golden State native followed that up by scoring 21 of his game-high 23 points after halftime against LIU Brooklyn.
Thanks to his two big performances, Williams has hit for at least 20 points in each of his last five outings en route to notching at least 20 on a team-best eight occasions. He also paces the Green & White and ranks among the league leaders in scoring (15.6 ppg), rebounding (6.4 rpg), field goal percentage (.534) and free throw percentage (.776).
