Murray's Three-Point Prowess Profiled By The Bleacher Report

Bleacher Report / Mid-Major Top-25 / ESPN.Com Article / Murray From Long Range (Video)

Staten Island, NY -
Senior Tyler Murray (Toronto, Ontario / Eastern Commerce) was tabbed by The Bleacher Report as one of "The 10 Best Long Range Bombers You Don't Know About."

A First Team All Northeast Conference (NEC) selection a year ago, Murray, who is averaging 12.3 points per game, is shooting a conference-best 51.3 percent (60-113) from beyond the arc and has converted a school-record 44.0 percent (175-398) from deep over his four-year career on Grymes Hill.

Murray is just one of the many reasons that Wagner is 21-4 and in second place in the NEC with a 12-2 mark. On the heels of their current six-game winning streak, the Seahawks have risen to 23rd in the weekly College Insider Mid-Major Top-25 rankings. The Green & White have now been a part of the weekly rankings in each of the last eight polls.

Additionally, Wagner head coach Dan Hurley and assistant coach Bobby Hurley were recently asked by ESPN New York for their opinion on New York Knick sensation Jeremy Lin, who has taken the NBA by storm. Click HERE for the Hurleys' thoughts.

The Seahawks return to action on Thursday, February 16 when the Green & White host Monmouth at 7:00 pm.
