2024 Outdoor (Senior): Logged a 2:26.22 time in the 800m preliminary at the NEC Championship (5/4-5)… Ran a 2:28.31 800m at the Rider Invitational (4/20)… Posted a college-best 5:39.20 time in the mile at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14)… Finished the 800m in 2:28.76 at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6)… Opened the season with a college-best 5:09.68 in the 1,500m at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29-30).

2023-2024 Indoor (Senior): Ran a college-best 1:27.74 in the 500m preliminary at the NEC Championship (2/18-19)… Logged a 2:30.87 finish in the 800m at the FastTrack National Invite (2/9)… Finished 18th in the 800m (2:27.80) at the Penn Select 10 (1/13)… Finished eighth with a 2:30.31 time in the 800m at the Wagner College Shootout (12/8), also running a 1:44.54 time in the 600m run… Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 800m run (2:26.08) at the FastTrack Season Opener (12/1).

2023 Outdoor (Junior): Ran a 2:34.63 time in the 800m preliminary at the NEC Championship (5/6-7) in North Andover, Massachusetts... Logged a 2:41.97 time in the 800m at the Rutgers Relays (4/22) to finish 33rd... Ran a 2:39.81 in the 800m at NYC Mets (4/7) to finish 22nd.

2022-23 Indoor (Junior): Did not see any action.

2022 Outdoor (Sophomore): At the NEC Outdoor Championships, Nowak ran in the 800m, finishing the event in 2:40.56, placing her in twenty-eighth.

2021-22 Indoor (Sophomore): During the Indoor Championships, Nowak also ran in the 800m. She finished in twenty-eighth with a time of 2:34.73.

2021 Outdoor (Freshman): At the NEC Outdoor Championships, Nowak participated in the 800m and clocked in a 2:41.35, placing her in twenty-fifth at the event.

2020-21 Indoor (Freshman): Nowak completed her personal bests in the 600m during the indoor season and in the 400m during the outdoor season. Nowak's 600m came at the Seahawk Shootout with a time of 1:50.78; and her 400m occured at the Lehigh Happy Easters Races with a time of 1:10.11.
