Staten Island, NY - The Wagner College women's bowling team hosted the 2025 Seahawk Invite at Rab's Country Lanes on Saturday, January 26.
Prior to the Invite, three seniors were recognized for their efforts and accomplishments while at Wagner -  AG Carhart, Kristina Colon, and Kaitlyn Gonsalves.
In five Baker-style matches, Wagner defeated Monmouth twice and LIU once while falling to Molloy and Monmouth in the two program's third meeting of the day, going 3-2 on the day.
The Green & White finished the day with an average pinfall score of 931.2, highlighted by a 1047 pinfall performance against the Hawks in their second appearance of the meet.
Individually, junior Angelia Lubrano helped Wagner capture third place in the Seahawks Invitational. Lubrano averaged a 203 in the second Baker match against Monmouth, where the Seahawks won 1047-917 in total pinfall. Additionally, she averaged a 201 in the first Baker match against Monmouth, where the Seahawks won 994-957 in total pinfall.
Senior Kristina Colon averaged a 208 in the Seahawks' Baker match against LIU, where Wagner won 912-856 in total pinfall. Additionally, she averaged a 195 in the second Baker match against Monmouth, where the Seahawks won 1047-917 in total pinfall.
Senior Kaitlyn Gonsalves averaged a 197 in the second Baker match against Monmouth, where the Seahawks won 1047-917 in total pinfall. She also averaged a 186 in the first Baker match against Monmouth, where the Seahawks won 994-957 in total pinfall.
Next up, Wagner will participate in the Griffin Baker Invite in Deptford, NJ at Bowlero from Saturday, February 1 to Sunday, February 2.
