Staten Island, NY - Wagner College water polo tri-captain Billy Hoelck has been named an All-American by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC). Hoelck, who earned honorable mention accolades, receives the selection after closing out her senior year with the Seahawks ranking second in the nation in total goals (107) and third in goals per game (3.4 pg).
